Exchange or Return of Goods

Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the items you received, we offer an easy exchange and return process:

  1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
    • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
    • Contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return or exchange.
    • You will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Refunds
    • Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
  4. Exchange Process
    • If you wish to exchange an item, we will process the replacement once we receive the original product in acceptable condition.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
